Refund Policy

1. Program Payments

Payments for Hemisphere Academy La Esfera educational programs are managed through payment assignments created by the Academy. Each payment assignment specifies the amount, line items, and due date.

2. Refunds for Individual Students

Refund requests should be directed to Academy administration through the contact page. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the student's circumstances, program progress, and the specific terms of the payment assignment.

3. Scholarships

Scholarships granted by the Academy do not require repayment, as they are financial assistance. If a scholarship recipient decides to withdraw from the program, the scholarship is not redeemable for cash or transferable to another student.

4. Corporate Training (B2B)

Refunds for corporate training programs are governed by the terms of the specific contract between the Academy and the contracting company. Unused corporate licenses may be subject to refund per contractual terms.

5. Government Funding Programs (WIOA/DDEC)

When government program funds (such as WIOA or DDEC) are used, refunds are subject to the regulations and requirements of the corresponding funding program. The Academy complies with reporting and administration requirements for these funds.

6. Cancellation by the Academy

If the Academy cancels a program before its start, payments made will be refunded in full. If the Academy interrupts a program in progress, prorated refunds will be evaluated based on completed progress.

7. Request Process

To request a refund, the student should contact the Academy through the contact page, providing: name, student number, program, and reason for the request. The Academy will respond to the request within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Modifications

This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through the Platform.
