3. Academic Information
Assessment answers, grades, capstone essays, and academic participation records are stored on the Platform. This information is accessible to the student and authorized Academy personnel for evaluation and academic review purposes.
4. Identity Documents
Identity documents uploaded during the admissions process are used for identity verification. These documents are reviewed by authorized personnel and stored securely. They are not shared publicly.
5. Communications
The Academy may send you emails and notifications related to your account, academic progress, and institutional announcements. Emails are sent through the Platform's infrastructure.
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence
The Academy uses artificial intelligence to assist in generating educational content, evaluating answers, and visitor assistance (Atlas). AI does not have final academic authority. Academic decisions remain with authorized personnel. See our AI Use Policy for details.
7. Certificates
Information about issued certificates (student name, course name, dates, certificate number) is publicly accessible through the certificate validation page. No personal information beyond what is necessary for verification is exposed.
8. Scholarships
Information provided in scholarship applications is used to evaluate eligibility and make award decisions. This information is accessible to the applicant and authorized Academy personnel.
9. Corporate Training
For corporate students, participation and progress information may be shared with the authorized corporate manager of the contracting company, per the corporate contract terms.
10. Volunteer Participation
Volunteer information is managed separately from student records. Volunteers are not publicly represented as students, graduates, or employees.
11. Data Retention
The Academy retains student information for the duration of active participation and for the period necessary to fulfill institutional obligations. Issued certificates and academic records are retained as evidence of completion.
12. Security
The Academy implements role-based access controls, row-level security (RLS) in the database, and secure backend functions to protect personal information. Access to other students' data is restricted.
13. Your Rights
